This position is responsible for creating, testing, ensuring the quality of and maintaining a product or product line. The R&D QA Software Engineer will perform complex code testing, and debugging tasks as well as provide high-level analysis related to software design and development.

The annual base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $185,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.

Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within an Agile Team to write high quality, automated QA tests that meet the Definition of Done:

- Perform unit/module testing of software.
- Responsible for assigned integration, testing, and deployment tasks.

- Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.

- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
- Typically, 12 or more years of experience in software development or a related field.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience with QA best practices
- Experience with QA automation tools and maintaining QA testing infrastructures
- Experience working with mainframe products and tools.
- Experience in test planning, design, and execution
- Experience in many different types of functional and non-functional testing
- Experience with z/OS is a must.

- Desired Mainframe Technical Skills & Experience
- Additional experience in the following languages: C, C++, COBOL, PL/1, ISPF CLIST, REXX, JCL, Python, Java, JavaScript
- Knowledge and related product expertise in the following: Test Automation, Jenkins, Automated testing experience
