The candidate is also able to prioritize their own workload to meet changing priorities.What you'll bring5+ years of experience in Content Management, Web Marketing and/or Marketing Operations with browser-based application testing and debuggingFront-end coding experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript. React experience is a plusKnowledge of web best practices for user experience and accessibilityContent Management System experience (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, etc.)Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and FigmaOperates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detailExcellent written and verbal skills, time management, decision-making, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skillsHow you will leadIdeally, a background in Digital/Web Marketing with demonstrated success in delivering optimized customer experiences.Able to develop web strategies and apply best practices for online conversionKnowledge of visual design and UX principles and methods and how those apply across a multi-product web experienceAbility to design and deliver customer experiences that work within existing web frameworks and componentsExperience authoring new web landing pages or modifying existing pages within a React based content management systemOperate independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detailWork with a matrixed team to drive web projects from design though buildManage multiple projects and deadlinesSchedule necessary meetings and communicate project status to key stakeholdersEOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
