Looking for:
- Plan programming activities and develop programs that meet cycle time, quality, and usability standards
- Collaborate with the project engineer on design, tooling, and fixturing to meet performance, cost, and delivery requirements
- Create DPP according to ISO/AS standards and complete DPP for future use
- Communicate clearly job time requirements
- Perform first-run setups, minimizing downtime, and successfully prove out and adjust programs as needed
- Train machinists on program execution and identify cost-saving opportunities
- 3-5 year's experience
- Associate's Degree is preferred or we'll take a healthy dose of experience!
