Job Summary:

• This role is responsible for overseeing and executing capital projects within a manufacturing facility. The Senior Project Engineer will lead cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement projects that improve efficiency, quality, and safety. They will also manage project budgets and timelines while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.

Job Duties:

• Spearhead capital project initiatives from conception to completion, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Leverage engineering expertise to design and implement process improvements, optimize equipment, and enhance overall plant performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects align with strategic business objectives and deliver tangible results.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for cost reduction, quality enhancement, and safety advancements.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and industry best practices to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record in project management and delivering successful capital projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Passion for driving innovation and achieving operational excellence.
• Experience in the food industry.
