This role will be fully onsite in our Atlanta Office.

Position: Senior Engineer specializing in robotic process automation in the Data Estate team.

Key Outcomes

  • Analyze Current Methods – Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing processes and tools, identifying bottlenecks and waste to be eliminated before attempting to automate it.
  • Plan and Document Work – Generate and record clear design decisions that accomplish defined success metrics, proposing solutions that align business needs and objectives.
  • Create Advanced Robotic Processes – Develop and deploy bots using industry-standard applications, incorporating best practices of scalability, security, and performance through good design.
  • Assure Quality – Build and execute test plans using a combination of manual and automated methods that ensure performance, resolving errors and design flaws as they are discovered.
  • Drive Decisions – Engage others to build consensus around decisions, keeping the team moving forward when direction is conflicting or unclear.

Additional Information

  • Salary - Exempt Position, In-Person, Information Technology Department
  • Experience Requirements - Three years of related experience, expertise in Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Briq, UiPath, Power Automate, or equivalent desired.
