1. Strong in probability
2. STPA experience or equivalent
3. Python experience interacting with Databricks
4. Strong systems engineering experience
5. Experience working with AI SW teams or other robotics applications/ADAS
6. Pure systems engineering
7. Figure out how to build requirements we can test to
8. Develop STPA analysis specific to behavior clusters, then grow that into how we can depend on that analysis to support additional requirements
