Position Overview
Reporting to the Account Executive, the UI/UX Designer plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions. The UI/UX Designer will interpret user feedback to optimize product interfaces to increase engagement.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Define user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to inform the design process and ensure a user-centered approach.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging and effective designs.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end users to iterate and refine design solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Candidates with active Clearance (MBI preferred) are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Experience with responsive design techniques and designing for various devices and screen sizes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines to ensure inclusive design practices.
