Title: CNC Setup Machinist
Location: Hudson MA (onsite)
Duration: Full time permanent

The schedule is Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM
Responsibilities:
• Set up CNC machines (mainly Haas Milling) to produce precision aluminum parts according to specifications and work orders.
• Create and modify CNC programs to ensure efficient and accurate production - willing to train!
• Operate CNC machines to execute production tasks.
• Inspect parts during and after machining to ensure they meet the required specifications and high-precision tolerances using inspection tools.
• Perform deburring operations to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• ccurately complete and maintain in-process documentation to track production progress and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
Must haves:
• t least 3-5 years of CNC machine setup experience required
• Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges required
• bility to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds required
• bility to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders strongly preferred
