Title: Project Engineer (Construction)Reports to: Team LeaderLocation: Troy, MI.LG Energy Solution on Michigan, Inc. Come join the leader in advanced EV batteries!Responsibilities:• Providing distribution to ensure projects are completed on schedule and follow established procedures and guidelines, and then report to directly project manager to avoid risks of delay, over spending budget, and wrong scopes.*Interaction with internal and external customers and external vendors evaluating alternatives to provide support of all in-plant projects as required. Position may require some on-call support.• Participating in diverse projects at the same time• Participating in investment budget related to project• Participating in daily and weekly meetings with HQ and vendors• Coordinating with other teams to follow up projects in time-manner• Building relationships with vendors• Learning technical solutions to solve project/ construction problems• Learning technical needs in order to optimize solutions for construction and process• Learning multiple teams to develop competitive• May perform other duties as assigned including special projects and other responsibilities.Qualifications:• A minimum of a BS degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical engineering or Project management, Automation engineering related fields.• 10+ years of related experience, or which at least 2+ years are specifically in construction engineering in a battery manufacturing environment• Ability to travel domestically and or/ internationally approximately 95% of time• Familiar with construction industry experience• Professional Engineering(PE) certificate preferred• Bilingual in Korean and English highly preferred but not required
