Job Description

As a Sr. Java Developer/Technical Lead you will have the opportunity to support a development team based in the US for Payment Control Engine FCC. You will be working closely with internal customers, technical analysts and other engineers to develop your product/service.
You will also assist with improving and maintaining continuous integration/deployment frameworks, and you will constantly strive to further automate and optimize where possible. You will build and maintain positive relationships with other delivery organizations inside Swift, and as part of an Agile team, you will be flexible to temporarily take on other assignments (analysis, development, testing, …) when needed.
Requirements
- University Degree in computer science or related field required .
- 10 years’ experience in java development environment; with 5 years exposure to the team leader role.
- Domains:
- Advanced Java programming experience
- Spring Boot, Spring Framework and Spring Cloud
- Restful Services, APIs and Microservice Architecture
- In-depth knowledge with NoSQL (Datastax Cassandra Database)
- Kafka, ELK Stack
- Cucumber & Gherkin for test automation framework
- Jenkins pipeline
- Git, Gradle/Maven build tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloudbees CD/RO
- Dockerized containers, Openshift, Python
- Strong Linux OS skills
- Strong understanding of Agile principles
- Jira and Confluence
