M9 Solutions is seeking aDatabase Analyst to workremotely from the Washington, DC Metro area , for a client located in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the integrity of the advancement database systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of Component information.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for database management.
- Conduct regular database clean-up and deduplication processes.
- Generate regular reports on boundary, component, and asset alignment.
- Analyze data to identify potential areas for growth.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform development strategies.
- Regularly audit databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive information and develop an internal policy guide to ensure data is entered and maintained.
- Assist with the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the development team to support donor cultivation and stewardship efforts.
- Contribute to grant application processes including data gathering and reporting.
- Serve as the primary contact for database-related inquiries.
- Train staff on database use and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for database users.
- Coordinate with IT to manage database upgrades and integrations with other institutional systems.
- Test and implement new features or modules to enhance database functionality.
- Ensure database activities comply with university policies, data protection laws, and best practices.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must be local to the DC Metro Area.
Full-Time Employee Compensation
- M9 Solutions' pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
Salary Range: $60,000 — $180,000 USD
