Must Have:
8+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience
Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) – SN discovery, service mapping, event management
SN Integration experience with third-party tools
Application Portfolio Management (APM)
Both ITOM and APM are good to have, with more weight on ITOM
Experience with Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
Developer skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Relevant certifications:
ServiceNow Admin – Certified System Administrator
Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM – good to have
Certified SPM – good to have
Certified Application Developer – good to have
Roles and Responsibilities:
Dynamic and proactive ITSM professional with proven self-motivation and a successful track record in ITSM and ITOM technologies
Comfortable in a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
Organized and analytical, able to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to implement projects on time
Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Skills/Experience Preferences:
Intermediate level experience with ServiceNow implementations
Understanding of CSDM and technical design requirements related to ServiceNow
Proficiency in system integration using web services and other web-based technologies
Strong troubleshooting and consultative influencing skills
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Asset, Incident, Change Management, CMDB/Discovery, Service Mapping, IT Asset Management)
Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities
Proficient in creating and managing scripts and workflows, with experience in JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell
Fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB
Experience with ServiceNow scripting aspects and customization skills
