Join our team as a Lead Engineer at a top financial institution, driving innovation and engineering excellence in the card decisioning domain. Collaborate with a diverse group of technical experts to influence and shape the future of banking in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate a bold technical vision for the card decisioning domain
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for the decisioning platform to build a world-class, scalable, and resilient platform
  • Help engineer and develop high-level designs for decisioning products
  • Act as a mentor and coach, strengthening the technical expertise of the engineering and product community

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 7 years of hands-on full-stack technologist experience
  • At least 5 years of coding experience in common programming languages
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or data architecture
  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud native technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of full lifecycle system development experience
  • 8+ years of designing large-scale and resilient applications
  • 3+ years of experience with large-scale platform solutioning
  • Familiarity with security engineering and architecture, cloud, and software-defined networking
