Job Summary:

Join our client's team to build notifications for Pet Parents and Veterinarians using our pharmacy rules engine. You'll design and develop lambdas, APIs, and data storage strategies, source and process data, and innovate through rapid prototyping. Responsibilities include debugging, optimizing backend services, and performing design and code reviews.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop lambdas, APIs, and data storage strategies for notifications.
2. Understand how to source data from disparate data stores and how to process data, build algorithms, etc.
3. Have responsibility over components of our client's systems - both development and operational needs.
4. Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development.
5. Be involved in design reviews and perform code reviews based on our client's engineering rigor and standards.
6. Debug production issues in our client's services and tech stack.
7. Measure and optimize the performance, effectiveness, and uptime of backend services.

Qualifications:

1. Experience level: Experienced
2. Minimum 4 years of experience
3. Education: Bachelors
