Job Title: Electrical DrafterJob DescriptionResponsible for budget, schedule, and quality of assigned tasks. Gain familiarity with the client’s expectations and standards. Collaborate design criteria with engineering team members to gather information required to model systems and components. Coordinate space in BIM model with all disciplines. Interpret architect drawings/specifications, blueprints, and construction documents. Utilize BIM software to provide layouts, general arrangements, profile views, and details under close supervision. Set up and maintain BIM with project/client standards. Actively cooperate with members of your project task force, client personnel, and members of your department, as appropriate. Establish a professional and, if possible, a personal relationship with key client personnel with whom you interact. Understand client expectations, as determined by the team, and constantly strive to achieve or better these. Meet commitments that you make to the client, individually or as a team, to complete work by certain dates or within agreed effort hour or cost budgets. Produce work with minimum rework.
