How You'll Create Possibilities
Lead the design, development, and execution of parts for ice machines and beverage dispensers.
Create detailed design specifications and conduct feasibility studies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
Mentor junior engineers and manage project timelines.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilize strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and CAD software.
Preferred experience in the refrigeration or appliance industry.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
5 years of experience in ice machine or refrigeration design.
Proficiency in CAD software.
Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
