Job Description:

Responsibilities

● Implement and support ATE test program solutions for silicon photonics (CMOS + photonics) products based on provided requirements

● Optimize test program for test time and memory

● Support DFT insertion techniques including Scan, ATPG, MBIST, and LBIST

● Support pattern generation and debug

● Support PCB design

Basic Qualifications

● Expertise in Advantest 93K SmarTest8

● Strong CMOS hardware knowledge

● Hands-on experience with bench equipment such as Oscilloscope, VI meter, Signal generator and analyzers
