We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing Manager with a background in the Payments industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

What would your day look like?

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Payments industry, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
  • Client Satisfaction: Understand clients' requirements and expectations, and ensure that our products and services meet or exceed these expectations. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Account Management: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and providing ongoing support as needed. Monitor client accounts to ensure they are achieving their goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for client engagement and retention. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on new features, product enhancements, and industry news. Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improvement efforts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track key performance metrics related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making and strategy development.

Which Skills & Experiences will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience (preferably 3+ years in in client servicing)
  • Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, trends, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to do US Hours – 7pm to 4am OR Rotational Shifts (including US)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
