Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a focus on land development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our design teams and CAD professionals to deliver comprehensive land development projects. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, from conceptual design through to completion, including residential, commercial, and municipal developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and CAD teams to design and execute land development projects.
- Prepare site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control plans.
- Assist with the preparation of project reports, cost estimates, and specifications.
- Perform technical analysis and review designs to ensure compliance with local regulations and codes.
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and other stakeholders to address project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and provide engineering support during construction phases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations regarding land development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- EIT or PE license preferred but not required.
