Job Title: Rock RMS Database Administrator
Position Role: Develops, manages, and helps implement Rock RMS
database in collaboration with the Director of Rock to ensure
the reliability, visibility, and continuous integration.
Job Type: Full-Time Contract, Remote

Intended Outcomes:
● Work with Rock developer to maintain reliable and scalable Rock RMS
infrastructure
● Provide Rock timelines for Rock RMS Team
● Implement features within Rock RMS
● Ongoing training for all staff
Tasks and Responsibilities:
● Helps design, develop, and implement data infrastructure to accelerate the
process of data analysis and reporting
● Develops standards of operation when handling and archiving data
● Maintains data management plans and instructions for operating Rock RMS
● Collaborates with Director of Rock RMS to prioritize projects and timelines for
Rock RMS
● Ensures all projects are completed within documented guidelines
● Collaborates with ministry areas to reach specific outcomes and deliverables
● Helps implement best practices for Rock RMS in collaboration with Director of
Rock
● Assesses system performance and makes recommendations towards more
effective processes
● Other tasks as assigned.
Education required: BS or certification in computer science or related field.
Experience required: Minimum three years in data management, data analysis, or other
data administration functions.
A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Bi-lingual is a plus.
