Role: Fullstack React Developer

Location: Mountain View, CA - Hybrid

Duration: 6+ Months

1. 6+ years of experience in full stack engineering and product development.
2. Strong hands-on experience building/working on large and complex client-facing web applications using React/Angular JS, HTML, CSS, CMS/UI experience.
3. Must have strong Java/J2EE experience. Experience with injection frameworks like Spring, SpringBoot is a must.
4. Experience in using customer data and models to create dynamic content personalization experiences.
5. Experience with web services (consuming or creating) with REST or SOAP.
6. Develop, write, modify, integrate, and test website-related code and web application interfaces.
7. Create and maintain database designs for data storage and processing.
8. Maintain legacy code written by other developers, including bug fixes.
9. Experience with developing backend services using Java, Spring Boot, MVC framework.
10. Integrate external software libraries and APIs into existing projects.
11. Knowledge of database management (MySQL, MongoDB) regarding how user data will be collected and stored within a website or application to develop personalized web experiences.
12. Knowledge and/or working experience with cloud technologies; AWS preferable.
13. Experience with WordPress/content management systems.
14. Workflow and process design experience scaling teams with process and technology.
15. Understanding of Agile development, including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning.
16. Understanding of Continuous Integration/Deployment/Delivery practices, tools, and processes.
17. Experience with Quality Automation frameworks.
18. Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and a hunger for growth.
19. Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
20. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
21. Solid communication and written skills: ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
22. Passionate and curious about finding opportunities for process improvement.
