Salesforce Platform Developer - Hybrid (Atlanta)
Under the general supervision of the Application & Integration Manager, the incumbent serves as a subject matter expert for our business planning, forecasting, and budgeting tool, taking full ownership of its development and integration into our app ecosystem. Additionally, the role will involve designing, coding, and implementing custom applications on the Salesforce platform, while also serving as the Salesforce Admin, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve business operations.
Candidates must reside in or around Atlanta to be considered for this role.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Become a subject matter expert for existing company business planning, forecasting and budgeting tool, owning all related aspects of its development and integration into our broader app ecosystem.
- Design, code, and implement custom applications on the Salesforce platform to meet specific business requirements.
- Serve as Salesforce Admin for the organization assisting with onboarding activities, identifying and resolving technical issues, providing ongoing support, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for new sites, apps, workflows, etc. and establish a pipeline of continuous improvement for the business planning tool, Salesforce.
Education/Experience
Required:
- 5+ years of experience as a Programmer, Developer or Web Engineer
- 3+ years of developing on the Salesforce platform, preferably with Lightning Web Components
- Working knowledge of web languages including APEX, Visualforce, JAVA, and Python
- Robust Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of web coding including HTML and CSS
- Ability to interpret existing PHP codebase
- Strong Communications skills
- Ability to solve problem sets and multitask
- Ability to liaison with non-programmers and work on cross-functional teams
