Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for e-Commerce solutions for TikTok Shop in the US.
2. Be responsible for building intuitive and reliable shopping experience, including browsing product details, check-out, shopping, return, refund, etc.
3. Be responsible for Promotion and Campaign, building platforms and tools for merchants, clients, and business to manage campaigns, deliver the best results, and receive actionable insights.
4. Building scalable, maintainable, and extendable design and code, clear documentation for a fast-growing product team.

1. BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors/experience.
2. 2+ years of related working experience.
3. Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Go, Javascript, Java, C++.
4. Curiosity towards new technology and outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems.
5. Experience with E-Commerce or Monetization Products is preferred.
6. Excellent communication skills.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112200 - $205000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
