This job was posted by : For more information, please see: We\'re looking for a full-stack Software Engineer, who will help manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale. Develop high quality, maintainable and high-performance software components (services, classes, database components, etc.). Partner with business and multi-functional technical teams to craft highly scalable, flexible and resilient applications built on an AWS architecture. Participate in defining, documenting, and developing software, contribute to architecture and technical design discussions, code reviews, and technical design/specifications in collaboration with the development team. Work with architects to help the organization understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions, and how to migrate existing workloads and applications to the cloud. You will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build mindshare and broad use of AWS within the enterprise.Successful candidates are self-motivated with a proven track record in software architecture. The ability to connect technology with measurable business value is critical to this role, and a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges is key. These solutions span multiple platforms and functional areas.We offer a flexible hybrid work environment; this position is based in Meridian Idaho and can work combination onsite at our Meridian, Idaho campus and from home. #LI-HybridResponsibilitiesHands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, .NET applicationsTeam player - Ability to work with UX/UI engineers and multiple development teamsExperience with CI/CD pipelines and build toolsKey member of the digital engineering development team, ensuring success in building and migrating applications, software and services on the AWS platformEducate business and technology partners on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloudConduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions to transfer knowledge to other members of the digital engineering team and other IT teamsCapture and share best-practice knowledge with the other solutions architectsAuthor or otherwise contribute to AWS documentation specific to supporting solutions and applications on the digital engineering teamBuild deep relationships with cross functional teams to enable them to be cloud advocatesAct as a technical liaison between business partners, other IT teams and the digital engineering groupRequired Education m ust meet one of the following requirements:Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field of study or equivalent work experience (Two years\' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)International Degree equivalencyApplicable certification(s) as defined by the leader + 2 years additional experienceAssociate\'s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field of study + 2 years additional experienceRequired Experience: 2-6/+ years software engineering experience, preferably in similar role, to include:2+ years Solid Typescript, Node.js3+ years .NET experience2+ years of experience on agile development team (i.e., responsible for reviewing code written by others, setting dev standards, etc.)2+ years of design, implementation in software applications2+ years within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software dev lopment, systems engineering)Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologiesPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with React ecosystem and best practices, architect mindsetExperience in Single Page Application architectureExperience migrating or transforming legacy solutions to the cloudFamiliarity with common enterprise services (Directory Services, Information Assurance, Virtual Desktop, etc.), products (i.e., SQL) and frameworks, Jenkins, CI/CDFamiliarity with .NET and AWSFamiliarity with Pipelines in AWS, Docker2+ years experience working with REST, SOAP APIs.Communicating effectively across internal and external organizationsAbility to adapt to new technologies and learn quicklyReasonable accommodationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
