Job Requirements / Description
Primary Skills: UX Research, User-centered design, Qualitative research, Product strategy, Usability testing.
Duration: 4 Months (Possible Extension)
Contract Type: W2 Only
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered research sessions to articulate customer needs and wants for a personal finance curriculum.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and validate design direction.
- Analyze qualitative studies and quantitative data to generate strategic insights and recommendations for product improvement.
- Recruit, schedule, and lead user-centered research sessions.
- Create, apply, and adapt research techniques.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a UX researcher
- Strong passion for personal finance and EdTech
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
