What You'll Do:

As a Civil Designer, you will contribute to diverse engineering projects and collaborate with internal teams and clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing design concepts and collaborating with clients and internal teams.
• Resolving project issues proactively with guidance from team members.
• Producing high-quality documents adhering to in-house drafting standards.
• Assisting in the creation and refinement of standards, templates, and best practices for the Civil Engineering Department.
• Coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Setting up projects following company standards and creating custom AutoCAD content when needed.
• Reviewing designs for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Participating in process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance workflows and standards.
