The selected candidate will join the AMP Platform team, supporting Kroger's Content Authoring platform used to create and publish key digital content (website, app, landing pages, etc.).

1. Building and Leading: This role requires 3+ years of experience leading complex software and automation projects focused on customer experience.
2. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of React/Redux (critical!), Node.js, APIs, JavaScript, and Git is essential. Experience with cloud services and system architecture is a plus.
3. Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication and collaboration skills are key to working with designers, product managers, and engineers from across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement features for the AMP platform.
2. Design a scalable framework for content creation.
3. Monitor performance, identify usability issues, and implement solutions.
4. Collaborate on product design and implementation.
5. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
