Insight Global is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Radio Frequency (RF) technologies, and medical device development. This onsite, contract-to-hire role involves leading the design, development, and integration of advanced wireless communication systems for medical devices, ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with medical standards. Responsibilities include designing and developing BLE and RF systems, integrating these subsystems into medical devices, and conducting system-level testing. The engineer will provide technical guidance to junior engineers, manage project timelines and resources, optimize system performance, and prepare detailed design documentation. Compliance with FDA and ISO standards is essential, and the role includes assisting with regulatory documentation for BLE telemetry system design.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with at least 3 years of experience with BLE / RF technologies.

• Technical Skills : Proficiency in RF design, BLE protocols, signal processing, and medical device development.

• Tools and Software : Experience with RF simulation tools (ANSYS HFSS, Microwave Office, Cadence, Altium Designer, Ansys RF Channel Modeler), embedded programming languages, and medical device development tools.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay Rate: $44.00-$54.00 per hour
