About The Opportunity
The Senior DevOps Engineer's primary role is to drive key infrastructure projects and provide expert guidance across the company. This individual serves as a hands-on technical leader who both champions innovation and orchestrates daily operational activities. The role includes active collaboration with architects and other engineers with the aim to enhance our enterprise systems. Responsibilities include:
- Drive innovation and effect change by partnering with stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business objectives and IT capabilities.
- Tailor platform infrastructure for cost-efficiency, redundancy, and high availability.
- Maintain systems to ensure they are secure and meet compliance standards.
- Produce documentation and conduct training sessions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- AWS Solutions Architect certification
- 5+ years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- 5+ years of experience in deploying and managing enterprise-scale applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- 5+ years of experience with high performance, multi-threaded applications
- Proven ability to scale infrastructures quickly to meet increased demands
- Solid understanding of: Configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Terraform, Git), Build automation systems (e.g., GitOps, BitBucket, Jenkins), and specialized technology stacks including Java, LAMP, and Linux-based systems
- Experience with information security analysis and compliance
- Nice to Have:
- Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
- Cloud certifications from GCP or Azure
- Project management skills
- Knowledge in PCI/DSS and SOX compliance

Compensation
Pay Scale: FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $123,000-$173,000 for this position in all locations. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
