About Job:
The Data Entry Customer Service role combines customer service support with accurate data entry tasks. The candidate will manage customer inquiries, handle data processing, and ensure records are maintained accurately in the company's systems. This is a great position for someone detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain customer data in the company database with a high level of accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Assist with maintaining customer accounts and ensuring information is kept up to date.
• Resolve customer issues by providing solutions or escalating to the appropriate department as necessary.
• Generate and maintain reports for customer interactions, transactions, and data entry tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales or technical support, to resolve customer issues.
• Help maintain data integrity by performing routine audits and data clean-ups.
• Provide administrative support for the customer service team, such as filing and document management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or data entry/customer service training is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with data entry software.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in data entry or customer service is a plus but not required.
