Job Description:
This Is Voice is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team. This role involves managing customer data with precision and providing customer support to ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable with data entry and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer information accurately in company databases and systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring all details are documented.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and correcting discrepancies.
• Provide product and service information to customers to enhance their experience.
• Assist with generating reports on customer interactions, feedback, and data entry activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and data accuracy.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
