Field Service Engineer

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of the Service Team supporting various clients with their equipment needs in the region. The ideal candidate will have excellent mechanical, electrical, computer, and software experience, along with exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to travel 100% of the time in the local area and region

Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Location: Kent, WA

Pay Range: $31-$34 per hour DOE plus OT, Benefits

What's the Job?

• Installation and machine maintenance, which includes diagnosis, repairs, certifications, and re-calibration of various machines at customer sites
• Perform service calls at customer sites to correct problems involving company products, diagnoses and corrects the problems.
• Provides technical support to other service representatives and customers
• Ensures prompt preparation and completion of service and expense reporting related to assigned duties
• Provides the highest customer satisfaction while representing the client in a professional manner

What's Needed?

• Associates Degree preferred or equivalent combination of technical courses and experience with CMM
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Mechanical, electrical, computer, and software experience
• Excellent customer service
• 100% travel
