**Job Overview:**
Industrial Electrician/PLC Programmer
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial/manufacturing foundry setting and possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and components. PLC troubleshooting required. PLC programming preferred. Foundry experience required.
**Responsibilities:** -Industrial Electrician/PLC Programmer
- Install, maintain, and repair PLC and electrical systems in industrial facilities
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and logic controllers
- Test electrical systems with tools such as ohmmeters
- Perform frame carpentry work related to electrical installations
- Renovate electrical systems in older industrial buildings
- Utilize hand tools to complete electrical projects
- Work with high voltage systems safely
**Skills:** -Industrial Electrician/PLC Programmer
- Proficiency in industrial electrician practices
- Knowledge of high voltage systems and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Experience with logic controllers
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for testing purposes
- Strong hand tool skills for installation and repair work
- Previous experience in frame carpentry is a plus
