Senior Analytics Engineer

Hybrid - Mooresville, NC (Tues-Thurs Onsite)

Position Overview

Part of the Data & Analytics team, focusing on data modeling and pipeline building to drive business strategy and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
• Integrate data from multiple sources
• Model and refine raw data into usable data products
• Create and optimize dashboards and reports
• Monitor and optimize data system performance
• Implement data quality checks and governance practices
• Collaborate with business users and support team members
• Document data assets for internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Airbyte, Hightouch
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Python and CI/CD practices
• Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling (a plus)
