REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience 7+ years
- Excellent working experience with Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform
- Strong working experience in Azure integration and PowerApps
- Strong experience in custom plugin development in Dataverse
- Hands-on experience with Canvas and Model-Driven apps
- Excellent knowledge of Power Platform environments, connectors, DLP policies, and reusable components
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate for backend jobs, bulk updates, SharePoint, and Office 365 integration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 (Azure AD, Groups, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth, Client Credential Flow, and Azure App Registration
- Experience with AWS is a plus
- Familiarity with Power Platform limits, performance issues, and workarounds
- Strong communication skills to gather requirements and explain technical concepts
- Excellent documentation skills including the creation of design documents and test scenarios
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client’s needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
- Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts
- Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and justifying it
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to team members and setting clear expectations
- Helping the team troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue raised during code/design review and justifying the decisions taken
- Carrying out POCs to ensure that suggested designs/technologies meet the requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
