Data Entry Director

Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a data entry career field and be comfortable using various types of computer software. The preferred candidate will live in the Corbin and London, Kentucky area, but any qualified candidate living in Southeastern or South Central Kentucky is welcome to apply for the position. The Data Entry Director will report to the Forcht Broadcasting Traffic and Billing Director and will be expected to do the following:

Responsibilities:

• Enter radio traffic orders in a traffic software computer program
• Assign and designate radio copy and client Co-Op
• Schedule commercials on daily program logs for a select number of radio stations
• Reconcile radio program logs
• Bill and apply client payments using AR software
• Process credit card payments and transactions
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation will reflect sales and work experience. A competitive package will be offered to qualified candidates. Training in using the computer software used in this position will be provided. This position has a standard 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, work schedule.
