Title: IPT/Project Engineer Onsite role
Duration: 12+months contract
Work location: Indianapolis, IN, 46219
Pay range $70/hr - $88/hr on W2
Job Details:
Ability to organize engineers to manage issues throughout the development life cycle of the project.
Technical leadership capabilities, includes the ability to lead the resolution of tough technical challenges.
Experience managing traditional and Agile teams.
Experience creating/managing Backlogs in Azure DevOps or similar.
Proposal development experience • Ability to build teams with diverse skill sets, acting at highest level of their discipline.
Ability to maintain high performance in a highly dynamic, team-based environment.
Ability to manage the development of systems for commercial and defense applications.
Ability to assimilate inputs from multiple sources and derive operational requirements.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
Proficiency using CREO or other CAD programs.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline or related field.
MBA or Masters in Engineering preferred.
