Field Service Engineer

We are looking to hire a Field Service Engineer in East Haven, CT . Direct-Hire!
Field Service Engineer Shift: 1st
Field Service Engineer Pay: Pay: up to 110k
Field Service Engineer Description:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain x-ray systems and components on customer sites.
• Train customers in the operation and maintenance of x-ray systems and components.
• Identify and analyze source of problem; recommend proper corrective action and repair or replace parts as needed.
• Interact with a cross-disciplinary engineering team to help resolve customer problems
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks on systems and components in the field.

• Associate degree in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years of comparable field service experience with direct customer interface
• Minimum 2 years of directly related hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in cutting, stripping, tinning, and crimping cable and harness
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics and engineering documentation
