Internship Overview

This Internship is intended for students completing their Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related degree.

Responsibilities

1. Interpreting project plans and specifications for subcontractors
2. Managing construction permits
3. Overseeing document handling, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
4. Managing construction quality processes, testing, and inspections
5. Maintaining project logs
6. Coordinating design using 3D modeling tools
7. Ensuring timely submittals
8. Communicating requirements to subcontractors
