The Water Resources department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Water Resources Engineer to support innovative green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) projects. This position will be in our Philadelphia PA or Pittsburgh PA offices. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, oversee high-profile projects, and contribute to the team's growth and development.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, designing, and developing water resources projects with a focus on green stormwater management.
  • Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents for GSI projects.
  • Conduct site assessments, stormwater BMP inspections, and field data collection.
  • Support the permitting process by preparing reports and documentation compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
Essental Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Biological Engineering, or related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience.
  • EIT cortication preferred.
  • Familiarity with hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, and civil design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and HydroCAD.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation will range from $67K-$75K, and commensurate with experience.
