Job Summary:
Collabera is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Data Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical initiatives in finance data strategy, application processes, and controls.
- Perform complex data/platform migration analysis and research to support management decision-making.
- Optimize business processes, ensuring performance improvement in high-volume, near real-time reporting solutions.
- Design and implement best practices for data engineering and analytics, providing training and guidance on performance tuning.
- Ensure effective, efficient delivery of reporting solutions that align with internal control standards.
Must Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years of advanced SQL experience
- Strong Data Analysis/Data Engineering expertise – Analytics experience with Iceberg and/or Databricks
- Automation & Reporting Tools expertise - Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or ThoughtSpot
- Enterprise level experience – targeting transformative technology experience with clients such as High-Tech .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
