JOB OVERVIEW: Our experienced CNC machinists perform new and repeat set-ups using a variety of CNC lathes or mills. This is a stable full-time job with onsite training, career growth/development, and extensive educational opportunities. Swiss Turn machining experience is required for this position. 1st shift or shift of your choice.
Basic Responsibilities:
Perform set-ups on a Swiss Turn lathes working independently, yet with team technical support.
Implement changes in tooling, programs or processing methods as needed to achieve productivity and quality goals.
Create set-up sheets and work instructions as needed and assist less experienced machinists to ensure a reliable and repeatable process for production.

Position Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting CNC Swiss-Turn machining

• Experience setting up, running, and troubleshooting CNC Swiss Turns
