Front End Developer, Mid-Sized Accounts (MAS) Digital Marketing

Developer, Mid-sized Accounts Digital Marketing will be a member of the Client Marketing, In-Product Marketing team focused on developing and implementing robust journey marketing campaigns and experiences to upsell and cross-sell solutions and services effectively to current ADP mid-sized clients. These in-product omni-channel marketing programs and campaigns appear in ADP’s flagship HCM software, ADP Workforce Now, comparable to in-app or publisher marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for a hands-on Front End Developer who will play a key role on the in-product marketing team to add technical leadership, development knowledge, experience and expertise. You will work closely with other team members to solve digital marketing challenges and address technical issues, take ownership of new development projects, ongoing support initiatives and participate in analysis of business needs, partnering with creative and product marketing teams to recommend the best technical solution to help address client marketing challenges.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with the mid-sized marketing and product teams to create best in class B2B digital campaign journeys to inform, educate, influence, and drive incremental client sales leads for the business leveraging Sitecore CMS, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing technology.

This job requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, serious technical capability, a focus on delivering quality digital experiences on time and the ability to be a part of and contribute to a collaborative, disciplined and deadline-driven team.

Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Front End/CMS Developer skilled in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, Sitecore CMS, JQuery, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other appropriate technology to work on ADP’s mid-sized client marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of marketing campaigns using Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Optimizely in partnership with In-Product Marketing Manager to build omnichannel personalized marketing journeys in these tools to drive mid-sized client cross-sell and upsell opportunities to sales.
  • Development of HTML landing pages and website content including text, graphics development, video, and interactive features delivering pixel perfect code from design deliverables.
  • Interface with Marketing teams to define and implement strategic initiatives helping enhance the user experience for clients based on data insights and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement A/B and Multivariate test in-product ads and campaign landing pages using Optimizely or similar technologies.
  • Partner with Sales Automation and Sales Operations to ensure lead flow process on ADP Workforce Now has full system integration with backend systems such as Eloqua and Salesforce.com ensuring all solutions are aligned to the sales automation objectives.
  • Develop and enhance business partnerships by providing strategic guidance to business partners on effective campaign management, operations and optimization techniques ensuring ability to track and analyze outcomes.

To Succeed In This Role

Experience

  • 5 years experience working in B2B Marketing, in-app or publisher marketing is a bonus
  • Digital Marketing experience preferred
  • Experience in managing large scale projects involving the development of B2B websites and omnichannel marketing campaigns (advertising, landing pages, email nurture programs and more).
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and associated solutions.
  • Experience working with Sitecore CMS or similar enterprise level platform.
  • Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, Hotjar, Mouseflow and other digital industry technologies.
  • Experience developing and testing for multiple browsers and user agents
  • Digital Advertising/Marketing Agency experience a plus.

Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in the full spectrum of Web content management, testing and analytics tools. For example: Sitecore CMS, Google Analytics, Eloqua, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, Hotjar, Mouseflow and other technology as appropriate.
  • Advanced expertise and proven track record of developing using the following web development tools and delivery platforms: HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Figma, Sketch and/or Photoshop.
  • Agency experience a plus.

  • Assigns tasks to appropriate cross-functional resources and follows up.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical staff and convey complex ideas.
  • Knowledge / experience of the operations of the Sales Organization, IT, and Marketing.
