Application Programmer 1

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to design, code, and test solutions using Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP). The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in SAP ABAP and Web Dynpro for ABAP, with additional expertise in related technologies being desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and test solutions using ABAP.
• Meet with users to determine needs and write program/system specifications.
• Provide technical assistance to less experienced employees.
• Serve as a liaison between programmers and supervisory personnel.
• Design, code, compile, test, debug, modify, and document applications.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of JCL (or other control languages) and system utilities.
• Identify, research, and resolve software problems.
• Review the work of programmers to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Evaluate user requests for changes and write user guides/documentation.
• Analyze changes and enhancements to ensure data integrity and availability.

Required Qualifications:

• Over five years of experience in SAP ABAP.
• Over five years of experience in Web Dynpro for ABAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Web IDE.
• Experience with SAP Fiori.
• Experience with SAP UI5.
• Experience with JAVA/JavaScript.
• Experience with SAP Adobe Lifecycle Designer.
• Experience with SAP Workflow.

Certifications:
Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
Education: Bachelors Degree
