Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns to increase dealership sales.
- Create, maintain and measure the effectiveness of the internet business development processes.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts.
- Manage and track all leads, ensuring all leads are followed up with in a timely manner.
- Collect and analyze business metrics via the customer management tool (CRM) to make strategic decisions.
- Train and support the sales teams, helping them understand and achieve the dealership’s goals using text messages, emails, and videos.
- Work closely with department managers to develop appointment setting strategies.
- Respond to customer inquiries and calls when necessary.
- Coach internet sales team on techniques for generating appointments and quotes using proactive lead activity management.
- Participate in the hiring and training of sales staff.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of dealership sales/internet sales management experience is required; experience with dealership finance is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others, manage conflict, and exercise sound judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player who can adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Intrinsically motivated with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Hours and Work Environment:
We are open Monday – Saturday 8am – 9pm and closed Sundays. Work hours may vary based on business needs. We offer a 5 1/2-day workweek to support work-life balance. This is an onsite position working in an office environment, collaborating with sales staff and dealership management. This role reports to the General Sales Manager and General Manager.
