Job Description Essential Functions:
• Under direction, performs internal compliance assurance activities to assess level of compliance with existing and proposed federal, state or industry legislation and regulations.
• Develops and reviews procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, federal, state and local regulations and codes
• Coordinate the collection of compliance documents to support regulatory filing requirements and information requests
• Assists in the oversite of construction, operation and maintenance activities to ensure specification and code compliance.
• Ensure compliance with field procedures and the coordination with other Gas Business Groups
• Reviews purchase requisitions, and invoices related to departmental activity.
• Assists in gas distribution system/LNG restoration efforts during emergencies Technical
Technical Knowledge/Skill:
• Thorough knowledge of liquified natural gas operations and maintenance work practices and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory code and regulations
• Knowledge of natural gas principles
• Working knowledge of environmental requirements affecting related activities
• Familiarity with MS Office Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Experience:
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience
