ServiceNow Developer

• The developer will be responsible for building out existing processes on ServiceNow, maturing them and integrating the processes to a new technical portfolio platform.
• The developer must have excellent knowledge and hands on development experience in ServiceNow, Angular OR React frameworks (any version will suffice), AWS platform (EC2 instances etc.), SQL, CI/CD and Kubernetes. Experience in Postgres is highly preferred as that is what the Client uses. However, any RDBMS OR NoSQL database experience is accepted
• Day to day: Development in ServiceNow, testing, and meeting the acceptance criteria for the resolution being implemented.

Must Have Qualifications: ServiceNow development (Critical), knowledge of CI/CD, Angular or React, Kubernetes, Postgres and AWS.

• Preferred: basic understanding of Gen AI, Python

Qualifications:

• 5 – 6 years of hands on developing in ServiceNow.
• Development experience in AWS services.
• Client facing experience – demonstrated ability to develop and consult in a client facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to create and consume web services (REST).
• Demonstrated ability to do scripting with Nodejs/JavaScript.
• AWS or Docker or Kubernetes Certification Preferred.
• AWS Cloud Services (AWS Certified Preferred), and containerized applications and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes – CKA Preferred).
• Monitoring and performance management/tuning of systems.
• Networking, Linux based platforms, and modern JavaScript.
• Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience working with DevOps, CICD, GitOps, Agile methodologies.
• CI/CD pipelines and automation and how to apply it with services such as Jenkins
