Our client in Pontiac is seeking a 2nd shift CNC Lathe Operator!
Requirements:
- CNC Lathe control set-up, operate and adjust independently
- Ability to update and create simple programs
- Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools and fixtures
- Ability to use measuring tools
- Ability to hold fabrication tolerances at +/- .001 (or better)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills
- Creativity and excellent problem-solving skills
- 2 years of previous CNC Lathe operation experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time 2nd shift
Pay: From $27.22 per hour
