Kelly Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer with hands-on experience in high-speed lines to join our client’s pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This role will be focused on optimizing and supporting packaging lines and denesters, serving as the go-to technical expert for continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to collaborate across teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical support for packaging line projects, collaborating with Technical Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities.
• Establish and maintain standardized processes with clear parameters, centerlines, and procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for changeovers, OEE, yield, and waste reduction on high-speed pharmaceutical packaging lines.
• Develop and manage URS, FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and change control documentation.
• Support equipment lifecycle management and coordinate technical training for operations teams.
• Perform risk management, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide on-call support as needed.
• Act as the technical process owner for regulatory inspections and validation activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).
• Experience in high-speed packaging line process engineering within the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, validation, and automated equipment processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical teams.
