Description

We are seeking a Lead Signal Processing Engineer to join our team at Leidos Innovations Center. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing signal collection, processing, and dissemination systems. This includes developing advanced algorithms, leading technical teams, participating in business development activities, and communicating results to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, work well independently and in a team, and have experience in EW, SIGINT, and radar fields.

Basic Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain a TS/SCI level clearance
  • Bachelor's with 15+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in tools such as MATLAB, Linux, Mathematica, Python, and languages such as C/C++, Java, etc.
  • Experience leading small multi-disciplinary technical teams and/or projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree
  • Experience in business development and capture activities
  • Experience in a Research and Development (R&D) environment
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Location : This position is based in either Arlington, VA or San Diego, CA.
